Thousands of Citizens Insurance Customers to Get Takeout Offer from Newly Created Home Insurer

A new insurance company has formed in Florida and plans to extend takeout offers to thousands of customers of state-owned Citizens Property Insurance Corp. by year’s end. The company says it wants new customers from all regions of Florida.
